Transylvanian Congress of Lawyers,\u00a0T\u00e2rgu Mures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Transylvanian Congress of Lawyers was organised for the sixth time supported by The Ministry of Justice (Hungary), the Forum luris Association \u2013 Forum luris Publishing and Dr. Lup\u00e1n Ern\u0151 Foundation, jointly managed by the Sapientia EMTE Faculty of Law of Cluj-Napoca, the Collegium Iuridicum and the Association of Hungarian Lawyers of Transylvania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aspect of the Hungarian- Transylvanian lawyer society the event is of paramount importance, which was postponed several times due to the pandemic time, took place between 10-12 September 2021 in T\u00e2rgu Mures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representing the Ferenc M\u00e1dl Institute of Comparative Law Dr. Em\u0151d Veress (Head of the Private Law Research Department, Professor of Sapientia EMTE)<em>&nbsp;gave lectures<\/em>&nbsp;entitled \u201cChanges and Tendencies in Romanian Company Law\u201d and Dr. J\u00f3zsef Zolt\u00e1n Fazakas (Head of the Department of Science and Research Network Management) entitled \u2018Practical side of law\u2019 held lectures on section meetings.<br>Dr. Zsolt Fegyveresi and B\u00e1lint Kov\u00e1cs researchers from the Department of Private Law Research also attended the scientific meeting on behalf of our institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among others the event was honored by the presence and presentation of Professor Dr. Erzs\u00e9bet S\u00e1ndor the Deputy&nbsp;<em>Ombudsman<\/em>&nbsp;for the protection of the fundamental rights of nationalities living in Hungary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mfi.gov.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/12-vi-transylvanian-congress-of-lawyers-targu-mures-1024x768-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3393\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Transylvanian Congress of Lawyers was organised for the sixth time supported by The Ministry of Justice (Hungary), the Forum luris Association \u2013 Forum luris Publishing and Dr. Lup\u00e1n Ern\u0151 Foundation, jointly managed by the Sapientia EMTE Faculty of Law of Cluj-Napoca, the Collegium Iuridicum and the Association of Hungarian Lawyers of Transylvania.
