{"id":1479,"date":"2023-10-25T06:48:38","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T05:48:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mfi.gov.hu\/the-interaction-of-national-economic-governance-with-the-eu-integration-and-contested-areas\/"},"modified":"2025-12-11T13:49:42","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T12:49:42","slug":"the-interaction-of-national-economic-governance-with-the-eu-integration-and-contested-areas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mfi.gov.hu\/en\/the-interaction-of-national-economic-governance-with-the-eu-integration-and-contested-areas\/","title":{"rendered":"The Interaction of National Economic Governance with the EU Integration and Contested Areas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 26-27 October 2023, the Central European Academy will organize the \u201cThe Interaction of National Economic Governance with the EU Integration and Contested Areas\u201d conference in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc, Ferenc M\u00e1dl Institute of Comparative Law and the Central European Association for Comparative Law.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az Economic Governance (Gazdas\u00e1gi Korm\u00e1nyz\u00e1s) c\u00edm\u0171 kutat\u00e1si projekt a korm\u00e1nyz\u00e1s gazdas\u00e1gi aspektusait vizsg\u00e1lja, bele\u00e9rtve annak k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si (\u00e1llamh\u00e1ztart\u00e1si, ad\u00f3z\u00e1si \u00e9s \u00e1llami t\u00e1mogat\u00e1si ter\u00fcletekre lebontott) \u00e9s monet\u00e1ris politikai pill\u00e9reit. A kutat\u00e1si projekt saj\u00e1toss\u00e1ga, hogy nem csak \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos, elm\u00e9leti szempontb\u00f3l elemzi a fenti t\u00e9m\u00e1kat, hanem figyelembe veszi a kelet-k\u00f6z\u00e9p-eur\u00f3pai orsz\u00e1gok saj\u00e1toss\u00e1gait, valamint az uni\u00f3s jogi \u00e1ll\u00e1spontot is. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A kelet-k\u00f6z\u00e9p-eur\u00f3pai perspekt\u00edva orsz\u00e1gonk\u00e9nti (7 EU tag\u00e1llam \u00e9s 1 EU-n k\u00edv\u00fcli \u00e1llam) bont\u00e1sban ker\u00fcl kidolgoz\u00e1sra, azonban a kutat\u00e1si projekt c\u00e9lja els\u0151sorban, hogy a nemzeti saj\u00e1toss\u00e1gok megfigyel\u00e9s\u00e9b\u0151l \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos k\u00f6vetkeztet\u00e9seket vonjon le. Ez a megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a hasonl\u00f3s\u00e1gok \u00e9s a k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9gek azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s bemutat\u00e1s\u00e1t a tag\u00e1llamok \u00e1ll\u00e1spontjai vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban, illet\u0151leg a tag\u00e1llamok \u00e9s az EU viszonylat\u00e1ban. \u00cdgy lehet\u0151s\u00e9g ny\u00edlik az esetlegesen egym\u00e1snak ellentmond\u00f3 \u00e1ll\u00e1spontok okainak beazonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra.
