{"id":5508,"date":"2024-05-16T09:24:17","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T08:24:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mfi.gov.hu\/content-of-the-right-to-parental-responsibility-in-the-legal-orders-of-central-and-eastern-europe-selected-problems\/"},"modified":"2025-12-12T02:22:47","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T01:22:47","slug":"content-of-the-right-to-parental-responsibility-in-the-legal-orders-of-central-and-eastern-europe-selected-problems","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mfi.gov.hu\/en\/content-of-the-right-to-parental-responsibility-in-the-legal-orders-of-central-and-eastern-europe-selected-problems\/","title":{"rendered":"Content of the right to parental responsibility in the legal orders of Central and Eastern Europe \u2013 Selected problems"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;of June 2022, at the seat of the Polish Institute of Justice, an international scientific conference was organised by the Institute of Justice in Warsaw, the Central European Academy of the University of Miskolc, and the Ferenc M\u00e1dl Institute of Comparative Law.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference, entitled \u201cContent of the right to parental responsibility in the legal orders of Central and Eastern Europe \u2013 Selected problems\u201d, presented the partial results of the first semester of the research group \u201cContent of the right to parental custody\u201d of the Central European Professors\u2019 Network 2022, through presentations by the professors involved in the research.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research project \u201cCentral European Professors\u2019 Network 2022\u201d started its activities in the field of comparative law on 2 January 2022 with the active participation of experts from seven Central European countries (Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was opened by the Deputy Director of the Polish Institute of Justice, Prof.&nbsp;Dr.&nbsp;hab. Pawe\u0142 Sobczyk, Deputy State Secretary of the Polish Ministry of Justice,&nbsp;Dr.&nbsp;Marcin Romanowski, Director General of the Central European Academy of the University of Miskolc,&nbsp;Dr.&nbsp;Katarzyna Zombory, Head of the Ferenc M\u00e1dl Institute for Comparative Law, Budapest, Prof.&nbsp;dr.&nbsp;habil.
