Accepting the invitation of the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law, and the Central European Academy of the University of Miskolc Dr. Vladan Petrov, full professor in Department of Constitutional Law and Parliamentary Law of the University of Belgrade; judge of the Constitutional Court of Serbia, Member of the Venice Commission for Serbia, gave a lecture for those interested, on 05 April 2022 in the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law.
In his morning presentation he addressed the Constitutional amendments – the case of Serbia and in his afternoon lecture he discussed about The latest change in the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and the role of the Venice Commission.
