Law for the future of nature
The Sustainable Nature and Animal Protection Research Group aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal, institutional, and regulatory frameworks governing the protection of the natural environment and wildlife. The research focuses on the implementation of the principle of sustainability, with particular emphasis on the effectiveness of nature conservation and animal protection regulations, challenges of legal enforcement, and the reconciliation of social and economic interests.
Adopting an interdisciplinary approach, the research group integrates perspectives from legal scholarship, environmental science, economics, and ethics, contributing to the development of long-term, responsible solutions for nature and animal protection.
