The second part of the Modern Comparative Legal Trends series, entitled Best Practices in the Regulation of Adoption in a Comparative Legal Context, has been published. The aim of the book is to examine the regulation of adoption in a comparative legal context, including and highlighting best international practices. This publication presents international regulations and judicial practice in the field of adoption, as well as the national solutions of eight Central and Eastern European countries (Croatia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Ukraine) in addition to Hungarian regulations.
