The English-language volume by Judit Gyarmathy, entitled ’Digital Transformation of the Hungarian Courts’, examines the gradual and ever-increasing spread of digitalization within the field of the judiciary.
The framework of court digitalization is changing dynamically and, due to continuous technological development, previously unexperienced procedural and practical problems arise from time to time. The monograph presents in detail the milestones of the digital transition of the domestic judiciary and the everyday challenges of civil litigation. The volume presents the responses of Hungarian procedural law regulations to the explosive technological development and the digital achievements of Hungarian courts in international comparison.
