A különböző könyvsorozatok gondozása mellett, tudományos kiadói tevékenysége körében a Mádl Ferenc Összehasonlító Jogi Intézet platformot kíván nyújtani a tudományos élet elismert hazai, illetve közép-kelet európai szereplőinek, hogy kiemelkedő, nemzetközi érdeklődésre is számot tartó munkáikat kötetbe szerkesztve publikálják. Így jelent meg az MFI gondozásában Varga Csaba: Rule of Law – Contesting and Contested című kötete, amely a szerző elmúlt három évtizedben e tárgykörben megjelent tanulmányait gyűjti össze.
